This product is our most popular limited medical product. It is underwritten but great for people who want to supplement their medical or don't have medical insurance.
The HIGHLIGHTS: No deductibles or coinsurance, hospital admission benefit, cancer benefit, first dollar doctor visits, doctor office visit rollovers, and prescription benefit.
First Choice Blue Ribbon
The benefits are not as robust as the Affordable Choice, but the underwriting is much more liberal. This product is almost Guarantee Issue (except for a couple of conditions and height/weight).
Plan 1
Designed for individuals with coverage through work or an exchange, seeking protection from high hospital claims.
Plan 2
Tailored for those with a high deductible ($3,000+), whether from work, an ACA exchange, or a Faith-Based Ministry program, and can complement high-deductible Short Term Major Medical.
Plan 3
Designed for those individuals (or families) who do not wish to participate in the Federal ACA insurance plans for any reason, but who do want high levels of guaranteed renewable benefits.
Plan 4
Designed for individuals or families seeking top tier, guaranteed renewable benefits and the exclusive Outpatient Diagnosis Procedure benefit in this plan only.
Out-of-Pocket (GAP)
This plan provides a solution to rising medical costs and high insurance premiums by helping individuals manage out-of-pocket expenses and reduce the financial burden of higher deductibles and fewer co-pays.
The HIGHLIGHTS: Pays directly to you (unless otherwise specified), your choice of benefits and premium, pays in addition to all other insurance, no deductibles, and no networks.
